1. Most if not every track was recorded at a basement suite in Vancouver, BC, Canada.
2. The sound of the album was heavily influenced by the production on Wiz Khalifa’s “Kush And Orange Juice.”
3. The idea of doing a “Beat Tape” came from the many hip hop instrumental albums that MadLib has made for years.
4. This “Beat Tape” was named after Actress Chloë Sevigny.
5. This “Beat Tape” more so than the other 2 was made as a stand alone album of hip hop instrumentals. I believe that this is the future of hip hop/rap music.
6. ”Chloë Sevigny” sounds how Vancouver looks and feels to me.
7. ”Chloë Sevigny” was the 1st of 3 planned “Beat Tapes.”
8. ”Chloë Sevigny” is my most popular album.
9. Special edition CD’s and Tapes will be available soon for purchase.
10. All music on this “Beat Tape” and the entire series is open for use by rappers and song-writers, just make sure to list me in the credits. For exclusive production for your next project contact me at: JBuckingham21@yahoo.com
